(h). The Crow rent of Quarry Bay Marine Lot 1 to be

re-adjusted in proportion to the reduction in aren resulting from the surrender of the area cross-hatch- -ed in yellow. Such re-adjustment to take effect from a date to be mutually arranged,

(1). Crow rant for the area coloured red to be calculat-

-ed at the rate of $100 per acre in respect of an area equivalent to that cross-hatched in yellow. Crow rent for the remainder of the area coloured red to be calculated at the rate of $200 per acre. (j). In all cases, the aforeshid new, or re-adjusted, Crom rents to be calculated to the nearest even

dollar.

(k). The term of the lease for the area coloured red to

be 75 years, commencing from the date of handing over, with the option of renewal at a Crow rentto be fixed by the surveyor of His Majesty the King for one further term of 75 years.

-going surrenders and the issue of a lease for the area colourad red to be executed free of cost to the lessees of Quarry Bay Marine Lot 1 and Quarry Bay

Inland Lots 2, 7 and 8.

(n). The Government to be permitted to erect and maintain

a staging over the nullah on the area cross-hatched in yellow for the purpose of transporting material from the cutting between the points marked "A" and "B" to the area coloured red.
